Brae-Villa Homes Pty Ltd has been established for more than 24 years. We are manufacturers of quality transportable homes. Our homes have a reputation for both quality construction and energy efficiency. They are also easily expandable and truly affordable.

A Brae-Villa home is constructed off-site then carefully transported to your property. We manufacture homes throughout north east Victoria, southern New South Wales and the Goulbourn Valley.

Brae-Villa Homes only use brand name materials, equipment and appliances.  As a customer, you will benefit from our buying power.  We control the assembly process every step of the way in a highly controlled environment with quality control inspections throughout the entire process.
